These terms govern your use of the Aspiro Consulting website and of those applications operated by Aspiro Consulting Limited that link here rather than publishing terms of their own. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account

4. AI Features

Some of our applications use AI to generate suggestions, summaries, or analysis. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided as a convenience, and you should apply your own judgement — particularly for anything touching on health, finance, safety, or legal matters. Nothing produced by an AI feature is professional advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the services, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the services
• Harass other users or upload abusive content
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the services or their content

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep our services available and working, but we provide them on an "as is" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Termination

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output.

9. Consulting Engagements

These terms cover the website and applications only. Any advisory or consulting engagement is governed by its own separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
